Westerning a Way!
Ahoy in the newlands,
I am in the highlands, British-native-columbian islands.
Where to be, and what to do?
I am in the flow, in Vancouver, I meet Zoe on commercial drive, to get some coffee,. wham boom, Matthew is there, Adam is too.
Wait Shine and Lua near you!
We share a cuddle party and some good times, sort out the business and head for the mounts. Cross cross the ferry, beautiful isles, meet the Family in Aubry and other pals.

in abundance and heart-lightedness.

What is it that wou want me to know, & put in practice?
Put in practice that which makes uneasy. Effortlessness will follow.
Eat slowly, then swallow. Slow.
Take your own initiative,
see that all the jittery observation of what is helps you, yet is based in insecurity. It is sexual in nature, yet look beyond, it has to do with how you trust the Earth. Is it benevolent, or do you fear it?
Do not allow your mind to wander away from this notion, without it, balance is beyond your reach, for you are working with an incomplete puzzle.
When I mean complete yourself I quite literally mean complete my Self. and that is beyond you Imran. You are a beautiful gem for you see the intricacies, yet they have blinded you to the rythm of All others. Would you like to change that?

There is truth in the meadows of your soul. Silently whispers the chatter of the horses. Whisper and spring.
The truth is that Gaia speaks even when you are silent, especially when you are silent.
Silence is beyond not vibrating your vocal chords. It is a matter of accepting the waterfall and its gifts.
Now you know.
